Refund Policy

At Mercy, we take great care in selecting high quality products and services for our clients. Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments and professional grade skincare, all services are final sale and non refundable once rendered.

 

Product returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase only when items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened products, used tools, or consumable items. If you are unsure about a product, we encourage you to take advantage of our in spa testers and samples whenever available to ensure the product is right for you before purchasing.

 

Refunds, when approved, will be issued back to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

 

Gift cards, memberships, packages, promotions, and discounted services are non refundable and non transferable. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no shows are not eligible for refunds.

 

Mercy is not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or failure to follow pre and post treatment instructions. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all relevant health information prior to receiving treatment.
