For new clients, we require a non refundable $50 deposit to schedule an appointment. This deposit will be reduced from your total for any treatment you do. If treatment is not done at the time of evaluation, the deposit will stay in your account for when the treatment can be performed. If you need to reschedule your appointment, it must be at least 24 hours before your appointment to be able to use the same deposit.

 

We know life can get in the way, and we totally understand, but if an appointment has been rescheduled more than 3 times, a $50 deposit will be required to make a new appointment.

 

You get a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be marked as a no show. We want to give everyone the best treatment with the time they deserve. We would rather reschedule than rush your treatment or make anyone wait.

 

A VIP gift card is gifted to any client who has been consistently coming for 6 months, whether it is to get treatments done or just to buy products. With this VIP gift card, you get a 10 percent off on any treatments or products excluding package prices or promotions. This card is only for personal use and cannot be shared. More than 6 months of no purchases or treatments, this gift card is no longer valid.

VIP memberships can be purchased at any time. This VIP card is $150, valid for one year. You receive a 10 percent off any treatments or products excluding promotions or package prices, and you receive a free customized facial on your birthday month.

 

After any injectable appointment, we schedule a follow up appointment two weeks from treatment. This appointment is to take after pictures, ask how your healing process was, and make any modifications if needed.

 

Gift certificates can be used towards any treatments, not on products or promotions. All treatments purchased must be redeemed within 3 months of purchase. If a package was purchased same applies that at least the first session must be started before the 3 months are up. Everything must be redeemed within 3 months, no exceptions.

 

Return and exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase when products are unopened and unused. We offer samples for most of our products and you are able to test out texture and shades in our spa.
